Let's Trim Our Waste. Being successful in recycling and waste management is a community effort. Residents and businesses are encouraged to take responsibility for their waste and use the programs and services available in the community. The City of Richmond supports our community by offering a range of programs, including Blue recycling, Green recycling, Recycling Depot drop off and public spaces recycling. Together, these City programs and partner services like industry take back programs make it easy and convenient to achieve our community goals. Together, we can make change happen.
