|Fingerprints (plus if applicable, $25 money order or certified cheque made payable to the Receiver General of Canada)

Note: Fees are payable only by debit card or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
We no longer accept cash payments.
Two pieces of valid Government issued identification is required, including photo ID (BC Driver's Licence is best).
Must be a resident of Richmond with current address on ID.
** Please note: BC Driver’s Licence combined with the BC Services Card is considered ONE piece of ID.
Expired ID is not accepted **
Hours of Business:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Weekends and Statutory Holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Effective March 30, 2021, the Richmond RCMP will no longer be taking fingerprints for criminal record checks, until further notice. This is a temporary service suspension only, due to the recent Covid-19 restriction changes. All other front-counter services remain uninterrupted and will continue.
