Richmond Youth Basketball League
The Richmond Youth Basketball League (RYBL) is a developmental league for youth aged 5 -17 years.
The Richmond Youth Basketball League promotes self-esteem, friendship, cooperation, venues for community contribution and leadership opportunities in Richmond for youth at all skill levels.
Teams practice one night each week and play games on Saturdays at locations throughout Richmond.

Volunteer Coaches Required
All RYBL programs are volunteer driven. Parents, older siblings and youth are encouraged to participate in the league as coaches, assistant coaches or team managers. School-aged volunteers may be able to use their volunteer hours towards community service hours required by their school. The time commitment is two hours per week.
Volunteer coaches will receive support and resources for preparing practice plans, drills and activities. Coaches will also have the opportunity to participate in Basketball BC Coaching clinics to further develop coaching skills.
