South Arm 55+ Seniors Services is committed to enhancing the quality of lives of seniors by offering a wide variety of leisure and recreation opportunities in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
South Arm's 55+ Activity Pass is $13.00 per year (GST included) and covers access to the following drop-in programs and groups:
- Friendship Group Tea
- Billiard lessons
- Board games and Scrabble
- Book Club
- Bridge Social
- Carpet Bowling
- Learn English & Immigrant Support Group
- Indoor walking
- Luk Tung Kuen (stretching exercise)
- MILAP (Indo-Canadian women's group)
Join the Monthly Meetings on the first Wednesday of every month from 10:00 to 11:00am find out what's new at South Arm and to share ideas. A free presentation follows from 11:00am to noon.

The South Arm Facility Pass for individuals 85+ years is free.
