Volunteer Opportunities
The Richmond Museum welcomes individuals interested in volunteering. There are numerous different areas in the Museum where volunteers can participate:

School Programs
Volunteers are involved in delivering or assisting with the delivery of interpretive school programs at the Richmond Museum and London Farm. 
Weekdays

Children's Programs
Volunteers are involved in delivering or assisting with the delivery of museum programs and daycamps at the Richmond Museum and London Farm during the summer and over Spring Break.

Public Programs & Special Events
Volunteers assist staff in the delivery of public programs and special events, like Doors Open Richmond and the Richmond Regional Heritage Fair. Responsibilities may include preparing and assisting with hands-on activities, taking photographs, serving and overseeing refreshments, greeting visitors, and talking about the Museum to participants and the visiting public.
Weekdays, weekends & evenings

Exhibit Assistant 
Volunteers assist staff with the installation of the Museum's annual exhibit. Responsibilities may include preparing cases for artefacts and helping with the mounting and preparation of photographic and textual material.
