Richmond Celebrates BC Wakayama Kenjin Kai’s Blossoming Legacy in Steveston 
The Cherry Tree Planting Project, funded by the BC Wakayama Kenjin Kai, celebrates the deep roots of Japanese-Canadians in Steveston. A special ceremony to dedicate the final group of cherry trees was held April 13. In total, 255 Akebono cherry trees have been donated and planted in the garden. more »
