Public Art Plans
Public Art Plans have been created through consultation with planners, art and design experts, and members of the community. Their purpose is to assist City staff, private developers and communities to identify potential collaborations to larger projects within an area of Richmond or projects that span property and neighbourhood boundaries.City Centre Public Art Plan
This document was several years in the making and is an important part of the re-energizing of the City’s core. Adopted October 11, 2011.
Richmond Olympic Oval Public Art Plan
The Richmond Oval Precinct and Surrounding Area Public Art Plan has produced an exciting series of integrated artworks, sculpture and functional artist-designed public features within the Oval and on the surrounding grounds. Adopted April 2006.
